Nicely put,It seems that the effect of technology after all brought us or better, bringing us perhaps back to painting (!?) (Since we have saturated our self with media images after media images). However, we still prefer to look into the computer than to look at ourselves (the representation of the human form).

I think figurative painting will always stay around, as long as there is reality. And as long as it may be reflection of reality itself, or truth, so you may prefer, which has gone within the individual experience and returned from its journey deep within individual experience, to surface back to the exterior as an `inner reality`, which then is made concrete and manifest as a peculiar `art` or style, and demonstrating the artist`s truthful inspiration and excellent figurative capabilities in respect to form, color, composition, imagination, expressiveness, appealling to the spectator in esthetic or to even an alarming sense etc. Does this still sound somewhat comprehensible?

distracted art may have been dead. It was meant to die!! its the natural way of NATURE to change. But i always wonder about the term ABSTRACT ... do we understand it as ABSTRACT or we call the DISTRACT as ABSTRACT!! ABSTRACTION does diffuse... its an essance, and is fresh again when abstracted again from these source, Untill unless we artist are capable of abstracting wonderfull fragrance THE ABSRACT ART cannot die. Stagnity ofcourse doesnot deserve to sustain. Now it also depents the source of ABSTRACTION!! How can we imagine to deliver the abstraction frrom an unaudible source!!

abstraction in India has a long tradition, we as indians have the ability to make abstracts as a part of their design. though when these designs come independently they take a shape of abstraction. one can say it is an extention of the figurative works. though the western influence had extended it and influenced indian artiat to explore more, this exploration turns into experimentation in line, form, perspective and composition. whether being colour or just patterns. although this experiment in india do not last long because of the oriental approach of our traditions from the beginning of our birth, do not help us to get out of the traditional aspects of our society. It means that the abstraction that we see today is the exploration that is being influenced by the western artists. That is where it is harmful for any artist who is doing abstraction. There is a need to explore more within and in our traditional world where thousands of abstract art lies beneth this country.
Abstraction as an art cannot die absolute, it is the

Abstract art is almost dead because the way abstraction was perused was illogical. why a buyer should invest in an abstract artist works who does not know the very principles of abstraction. For a long time abstract art was taken for craft. ever artist takes shelter in either spiritualism or in mysticism without knowing and realizing it. Critics did wrong to it because they wrote unjustifiably wrong words. many artists those who are coming out from tribal areas having know knowledge of abstract art and philosophy of abstract art even they don`t know what is the idea behind modern art are doing abstract art as a craft. it dead now because it has no logic to continue. only those abstract artists will live those have realized the truth content of art none other.
